BridgePoint Technologies, Inc. ("BridgePoint", "we", "our", or "us") owns and operates the Toodlebox mobile application ("Toodlebox" or "App"). We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users’ Personal Information (as defined below) and to handling all data with the utmost responsibility. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the collection, use, protection, and disclosure of information through Toodlebox and related services, including any websites, online services, or correspondence associated with downloading, registering, activating, updating, or using the App (collectively, "Services").

- Directly from you: When you provide it, such as during account registration, completion of dynamic forms, or customer support inquiries.
- Automatically: Through technologies like cookies, web beacons, or analytics tools as you interact with Toodlebox or our Services. Cookies are small data files stored on your device to enhance functionality and track usage. You may not disable cookies if you wish to use the App, as they are essential for its operation.
Our Services are hosted in the United States. By using Toodlebox, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

We use the information we collect solely for purposes necessary to operate Toodlebox and provide a secure, high-quality user experience, including:

Such use is essential to enhancing the functionality, performance, and user experience of Toodlebox and related services. By using Toodlebox or our Services, you consent to the use of your anonymized data for AI training. If you do not consent to this practice, please do not use the App or Services.
We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to the operation of Toodlebox or Services unless we have your explicit consent.

We prioritize user privacy and do not share your Personal Information with any third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:
- Internal Delivery Personnel: Your information may be visible to our internal delivery personnel, such as programmers, database administrators (DBAs), project managers, and testers, as necessary to develop, maintain, and operate Toodlebox and its Services.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information to comply with applicable laws, court orders, or government requests, or to enforce our terms and conditions.

We do not share non-identifiable, aggregated data (e.g., usage statistics) with any third parties for analytics or AI training purposes. We do not share your Personal Information with third parties for their marketing purposes at all. California residents may request information about disclosures to third parties for direct marketing under California Civil Code § 1798.83 by contacting us as outlined in Section 9.

Toodlebox is not intended for children under 13 (or under 18 without parental/guardian consent). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 (or 18 without consent). If we learn that we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at support@toodlebox.com.
8. International Users
Toodlebox is operated in the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
